The ordering Process is the last step to making your dream a reality. In order to make this process easier for you, we have dealers across the United States and around the world that can help you through each step of the process. Our dealers will give you the same prices, but are more able to provide the one on one service it takes to make your dream perfect. If you still prefer to work directly with us, here are a few steps to make it a little bit easier to proceed.

Step #1: Finalized Blueprints

A Structural Engineer needs to approve the structural components of the home to be sure there are no mistakes. All of your personal changes should be made by this point.

Step #2: Order is Sent To Production Office

Final "cut sheet" detailing special cuts and footage needed is assembled by builder or dealer. 30%  of total bill is due at the time the order is placed with the balance due COD.

Step #3: Shipping Date Is Arranged

Actual production begins on your home. Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery from the time the original deposit is made. This may change depending on how busy we are at the time.

Step #4: Package is Delivered To Job Site

Balance due two weeks prior to delivery by personal check or COD via Cashiers check.
