What to Include:

When you have the home you want to build pictured your mind, put it on paper. We will be happy to send you a basic cost estimate for the products we provide. Be sure to include this information:

• Name, contact information, etc.
• Basic floor plan, including all log walls (rough sketch will do)
• Rough dimensions of wall lengths
• Approximate log wall height and log diameter
• Roof Pitch (i.e.: 10" rise in 12" run)
• Window/Door dimensions (i.e.: 3' x 5')
• Do you want log floor joists or a log roof system? (I.e.: log beams)
• Would you like log stairs or railing?

Once you have all of those minor details figured out, you are ready to send it to us. You can mail it or fax it to us, or you can email it as an attachment if you have the capabilities to do so. When we receive your basic floor plans, we will get to work on figuring out the details. Your cost estimate could take anywhere from one day to two weeks or more depending on how complicated the design is and on how busy we are. We will do these cost estimates on a first come first serve basis.

Teton Peaks Log Homes supplies mainly wood material for log walls and roof/floor systems. We supply log stairs, railing, 2x6 tongue and groove decking for floor and roof covering, and log assembly products (foam gasket, screws, rubber caulking).
